What you can list
One live app, on its own custom domain, that you own. That is the whole bar.
- The app must be running at a real domain, such as yourapp.com.
- You can list it as For sale, Swap or Free.
- Pick one category: SaaS, AI tool, Developer tool, Marketplace, Directory, Productivity, Game or Other.
What we do not accept
- Hosting addresses such as vercel.app, lovable.app, github.io, netlify.app and similar.
- Subdomains of any domain.
- Code only repos, ideas, templates and unfinished projects with no live site.
- Anything in the prohibited list below.
How a listing goes live
- Paste your URL. The site reads the public page and suggests a name, pitch, category, stack and screenshot.
- Review and edit everything. You are responsible for what is published.
- Create a free account with an email magic link or Google, then post.
- Your listing stays private until you prove you control the domain: add a meta tag, add a DNS TXT record, or put a text file at /.well-known/vibeclassifieds.txt.
- When it verifies, the listing goes public with a green "Verified ownership" badge.
| Stage | What happens |
|---|---|
| Not verified | Private. Deleted after 14 days. |
| Verified and public | Expires after 45 days. Renew with one click. |
| Periodic re-check | The site checks that the domain still verifies and loads. Listings that fail are hidden. |
What the badge means
"Verified ownership" means the seller proved control of the domain and the site loaded when checked. It does not mean the revenue is real, the code is clean, the license is clear or the title is good. Revenue, user and traffic numbers are self-reported and not verified by us. Buyers should check them.
Sellers: what you promise
- Be accurate. Describe the app as it is. Report real numbers, and say where they come from.
- Own what you offer. You must be able to legally transfer everything in the listing: the domain, the code, the content and the accounts you say come with it.
- Honor licenses. Respect third-party licenses and open-source licenses that apply to what you are selling.
- Disclose liabilities. Tell buyers about known debts, disputes, platform restrictions, security problems and data duties that would pass to them.
- Keep it current. Take the listing down when the app is sold or no longer offered.
Buyers: due diligence
We do not check the app for you. Before you pay, check:
- Code: who wrote it, who owns it, and whether you get all of it.
- Database: what data is in it and how it will move to you.
- Revenue and traffic: ask for statements, dashboards or payout records, not screenshots alone.
- Licenses: third-party and open-source terms that come with the code.
- Customer data and privacy: if you take over user data, you may take over privacy duties too.
- Payment: use a reputable escrow service for the domain transfer. We never handle money.

Messaging
Conversations are private and happen inside the site between signed-in buyers and sellers. There are no public comments, and email addresses are never shown on listings. Stay on topic and be polite. Do not send passwords, keys or other secrets in messages. We do not read private messages routinely. We may review them to investigate reports of abuse, fraud or illegal activity, or to comply with law.
Flags and enforcement
- Any signed-in user can flag a listing that looks wrong.
- Three flags from different people hide a listing for review.
- Admins can hide, remove or restore listings, and may remove accounts.
- Repeat or serious breaches lead to a permanent ban. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
To report a listing outside the flag button, or to ask about a removal, use the contact page. Copyright complaints go through the copyright notice process.
