Any live app on its own custom domain that you own: SaaS products, AI tools, directories, games, browser extensions with a site, side projects and experiments. It does not need revenue. Apps that only exist at a hosting address such as vercel.app or lovable.app are not accepted, because a domain is what actually transfers to a buyer.
Can I sell an app I built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or Claude?
Yes, as long as it is live on its own custom domain that you own and you can hand over what you list. How you built it does not matter.
How do you verify ownership?
The seller proves control of the domain by adding a tag, a DNS record or a file that we check, and the site has to load when we look. Only then does the listing go public with the green Verified ownership badge. It does not verify revenue, users or the code. Those numbers are self-reported.
How does messaging work?
Everything happens inside the site. A buyer sends a private message from the listing, the seller replies, and neither email address is shown. You can share proof of revenue and users privately in the conversation and tick off a simple deal checklist together.
Is it really free to list?
Yes. Listing and browsing are free and we take no cut. We never handle the money. For small deals the two of you agree the steps, share proof privately, and check each other's profile and ratings. For a larger sale you may also want a neutral escrow service.
What happens after a deal is completed?
Both people confirm the deal is done, the seller can mark the listing as sold, and each side can leave a rating that shows on the other person's public profile.
