- We do not negotiate, arrange or guarantee any sale, swap or giveaway.
- We are not a party to any deal. Buyers and sellers deal directly.
- We recommend a reputable escrow service for the domain transfer. We do not run one, and we do not endorse any specific one.
Numbers are self-reported
Revenue, user and traffic numbers on a listing are entered by the seller. We do not check them. They may be wrong, out of date, rounded up, or simply untrue. Ask for proof before you rely on any number.
What "Verified ownership" means
The green badge means only that the seller proved control of the domain and that the site loaded when we checked. It does not mean:
- the app is good, safe or finished,
- the seller owns the code, the brand or the content,
- the revenue, users or traffic are real,
- the app is legal in your country or in the seller's,
- the seller has clean title to everything in the listing.
Control of a domain can change after we check it. Verify again yourself, close to the time of the deal.
No financial or legal advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. Prices on listings are the seller's asking prices, not valuations and not our opinion of value. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation, especially for larger deals, cross-border deals and any deal that includes user data.
Do your own due diligence
Before you buy or swap an app, check at least these things:
- Domain: who is the registrant, what is the registrar, is it locked, and how will it be transferred.
- Code: who wrote it, whether any of it was copied or generated under terms that limit reuse, and whether you receive the full source.
- Database and accounts: what is in them, who holds the logins, and what moves to you.
- Revenue and traffic: payout records, billing exports and analytics, not screenshots alone.
- Licenses: third-party and open-source licenses, API terms and platform terms that apply to the app.
- Customer data and privacy: if you take over user data, you may take over duties under privacy laws and promises the seller made to users.
- Security: keys, tokens and secrets. Plan to rotate every one of them after the handover.
- Liabilities: open disputes, unpaid bills, subscriptions, refunds and chargebacks.
Use a reputable escrow service for the domain transfer, and agree the terms in writing.
Limits of our responsibility
We are not responsible for what users post, for what users say in private messages, for any deal, or for any loss that comes from relying on a listing. Outside links go to sites we do not control. See the limit of liability in the Terms of Service.
