How to send a notice
Send your notice through the contact page and choose the topic Copyright notice. The site does not list an email address, a phone number or a postal address for notices, and we have not registered a designated agent. Use the form. Please do not include passwords or other secrets.
What a notice must contain
To be reviewed, a notice needs these parts. Missing parts can delay or prevent action.
- Your name and a way for us to reach you through the contact form, with the name of the rights holder if you act for someone else.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact address (URL) of the listing or page on vibeclassifieds.com that you say infringes, so we can find it. If the infringing app is on another site, give that address too.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature. Typing your full name at the end counts.
Do not send a notice unless you mean it. Knowingly making a false claim can make you liable for damages.
What we do
- We review complete notices as quickly as we reasonably can.
- If a notice looks valid, we may hide or remove the listing and tell the seller why.
- We may share your notice, including your name and contact details, with the seller. Do not include private details you do not want shared.
- We may tell you if we cannot act, or if we need more information.
We only control what is on this board. We cannot take down the seller's own app or domain. A listing here is only a pointer to it.
Counter notice
If your listing was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, you can send a counter notice through the contact page, choosing the topic Copyright notice. Include:
- Your name, the email address of your account, and your signature.
- The address of the listing that was removed, and where it appeared before.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live, or if you are outside the United States, any court where the complaining party can be found, and that you will accept legal papers from the person who sent the notice.
We may pass your counter notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within a reasonable time (for example, 10 to 14 business days) that they have started legal action, we may restore the listing. Restoring is not required, and we may decide not to if there are other grounds for removal.
Repeat infringer policy
Accounts that repeatedly post material that infringes copyright will be removed. What counts as repeated is for us to decide, in light of the notices we receive and how they are resolved. We may also remove an account after one clear case of knowing infringement.
Other kinds of reports
For anything that is not copyright, such as fraud, fake numbers, a domain the seller does not control, or abuse, flag the listing or use the contact page with the matching topic. See the listing rules.
