1. Who is responsible
Vibe Classifieds (vibeclassifieds.com) is operated by Mark Fulton under the Reinventing.AI brand. For this policy, the operator is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us only through the contact page. Please do not send passwords, API keys or other secrets through it.
2. What we collect

When you paste a URL to create a listing, the site reads that public page to suggest a name, pitch, category, stack and screenshot. It reads only what is publicly visible at that address.
Your email address is never shown on a listing. Other users see only what you put in your listing and the messages you send them.
3. How we use it
- To run the board: accounts, listings, domain verification, renewals, periodic re-checks and messaging.
- To keep it safe: rate limits, flags, abuse and fraud review, and enforcing our terms and rules.
- To send service emails, such as sign-in links and notices about your listings. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
- To answer your messages and requests.
- To follow the law.
4. Private messages
Conversations are private between the signed-in buyer and seller. We do not read them routinely. We may review them to investigate reports of abuse, fraud or illegal activity, or to comply with law.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, plus analytics that count page views without building a profile of you. We use no advertising cookies and no ad tracking.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:
- Our hosting, database, email and analytics providers, who process data for us so the site can run. They may only use it for that purpose.
- Other users, to the extent you choose to publish it (your public listing) or send it (your messages).
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or when we need to protect users, the site or our rights, for example in a fraud investigation.
- A successor, if the site is ever transferred to someone else. We would tell you first where we reasonably can.
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
7. How long we keep it
- Account and listing data: until the account or listing is deleted.
- Unverified listings: deleted after 14 days.
- Removed listings and messages: purged within 90 days when you ask us to.
- Contact form submissions: kept up to 2 years.
- Server logs and hashed IPs: kept only for as long as needed for security and rate limiting.
Some data may stay a little longer in routine backups, or where the law requires us to keep it.
8. Your choices and rights
You can edit or delete your listings yourself. You can ask for an export of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data, through the contact page. We may need to confirm that the request really comes from you. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the time the law sets.
If you are in the EEA or the UK
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to some processing, and receive a copy in a common format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Our legal bases are: performing the service you asked for (account, listings, messages), our legitimate interests in running and securing the board, and legal duties. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are in California
You have the right to know what personal information we collect and use, to ask for a copy, to ask us to delete it, and to correct it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context advertising. We will not treat you worse for using these rights.
9. Children
The site is not for anyone under 16. Do not create an account if you are under 16. If we learn that a child under 16 has an account, we will delete it. If you think this has happened, tell us through the contact page.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that it is. Use a strong email password and do not share your sign-in links.
11. Links to other sites
Listings link to outside apps and sites. We do not control them and this policy does not cover them. Read their policies before you share data with them.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. For big changes we will try to post a notice on the site.
